For plumbing installations, we charge a minimum of 1 hour, followed by 15-minute increments, with no call-out fee. We provide a full quote ahead of any plumbing installation job, allowing you to budget for the work accurately.
Materials and parts supplied by CityAndCo are covered by a manufacturer's guarantee or warranty, typically ensuring replacement or repair of faulty goods within a fixed period, usually 12 months. For your peace of mind, we also guarantee most of our jobs against faulty workmanship for 12 months.
